Return Policy
We are happy to accept timely returns of new and unused products within 14 days from the date your order is delivered.
If you wish to return an item, please fill out and submit the return form. Once we receive your return request, we will send you a return confirmation email along with the return warehouse address. After receiving the confirmation email, you may arrange the return shipment yourself. To ensure that we receive your return package smoothly and promptly, please use the same courier service that delivered your order (normally UPS).
We only accept returns in the same condition in which you received the item. All products must be returned in perfect, new, and resalable condition, unused, and with the original packaging (including boxes and dust bags). All tags, protective films, and protective papers must remain attached to the hardware.
We are unable to offer an exchange or refund for items that are considered damaged, such as scratched, worn, not in their original packaging, or missing any part of the original packaging.
We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet our return requirements. If your return is not accepted, the item will be sent back to you.
All customers are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us, and this cost will be deducted from your refund.
We will refund the full price of the product excluding:
any shipping costs originally paid to send the product to you (where applicable);
any import duties and taxes paid by us on your behalf (where applicable);
and deducting the cost of returning the product to us.
If you cancel your order after it has been dispatched, any shipping charges and customs duties incurred will be deducted from your refund.
Please note that customs duties and import taxes are non-refundable.
All orders are shipped directly from our warehouses in Hong Kong and China and delivered to your home address.
Returns sent from outside Hong Kong and China back to our warehouses generally take around 14 business days to arrive; however, this may be extended by up to an additional 14 days due to customs clearance procedures. Any logistics delays will accordingly extend the overall return processing time.
For customers in Europe, we recommend placing your order via www.annaloch.eu. Orders placed on our European website are shipped from within Europe, and shipping within Europe is free of charge.
Please note that returns and exchanges for orders placed on the European website must follow the return and exchange policy of the European website, which may differ from this policy.
Once we have received your returned item and completed the quality inspection, it may take up to 15 business days for your refund to be processed, depending on your bank. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been issued. The refund will be made using the same payment method that was used for the purchase. If your refund does not appear in your account, please contact your bank.
If you purchased your item through a retail partner, any return must be made in accordance with that retailer’s return/cancellation policy and must not be returned directly to us.

Returns should be shipped using UPS, DHL Express, or FedEx.
Order Amendments & Cancellations
Once an order has been placed, we cannot guarantee that it can be cancelled or amended, but we will do our best to assist.
If you wish to change your order for any reason, we can cancel your original order so that you may place a new one.
Once your order has been shipped, it is no longer possible to make amendments or cancellations with the courier.
In this case, we recommend receiving the order and then following the return process, and placing a new order if desired.

Pre-Ordered Items
We offer a pre-order option on selected products.
Please note that the shipping dates for pre-order items are estimates only, and shipment on the indicated date cannot be guaranteed.
All pre-order items are subject to possible delays or cancellations during production.
In such cases, customers will be notified accordingly.
Final Sale Items
Items marked as Final Sale are offered at special pricing and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
