SHIPPING AND RETURNS

We offer free shipping within Europe.

Domestic deliveries (Europe) are carried out by EU Post.
Worldwide deliveries are handled by DHL Express.

Shipping costs vary depending on location and weight. Orders are processed within 3 days. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with the shipping tracking number. A signature is required for delivery.

Domestic orders (Europe) arrive within 7 days of shipping. International orders arrive within 4-7 days of shipping.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES
All orders outside the EU are shipped delivery duties unpaid (DDU). Customs, duties, and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. Unfortunately, we cannot calculate these charges before your order is placed and are unable to cover them for customers. Any applicable fees will be collected from you by the carrier upon delivery. Please check with your local customs office to determine these additional costs before making a purchase.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
You have a lead time of 14 days from the reception date to return the product(s) you have ordered for exchange or refund. If the last day of the lead time is a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday, the lead time is extended to the following business day. Beyond this, Fane reserves the right to refuse return or exchange.

All inquiries must be sent to lars@annaloch.com. Items must be returned in perfect condition and in their original packaging. We will send you a prepaid packing slip for the return. Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Customs, duties, and taxes collected by the carrier upon delivery will not be refunded. Damaged or incomplete items will not be accepted for return and will be returned to you as is, at your expense.
